Our community principles serve as essential guidelines for fostering a constructive environment for all our users. We expect adherence to these standards, alongside compliance with all relevant legal requirements, the Flirty Terms of Service, the Flirty Privacy Policy, and all platform regulations when utilizing the Flirty platform. Upon receiving notifications or becoming aware of potential policy violations, we reserve the right to investigate and implement appropriate measures, which may include restricting or terminating user access to the community or application, or taking other actions as outlined in these guidelines. These guidelines may be subject to periodic updates, so we encourage regular review of this document. Flirty is exclusively available to individuals aged 18 and above.

1. Prohibited Illegal Activities. Refrain from utilizing the Flirty platform to participate in or advocate for unlawful activities, including commercial sexual services, human trafficking, or adult content distribution, or to promote hazardous or illegal behaviors.
2. Harmful Software. Avoid transmitting computer viruses, malicious software, or any other harmful or destructive code. Do not distribute content that damages or disrupts the functionality of the Flirty platform.
3. Discriminatory Content. Do not publish or share content that incites hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on their racial or ethnic background, nationality, religious beliefs, disabilities, gender, age, military service, sexual orientation, or gender identity. This prohibition extends to content related to or portraying historical atrocities or the glorification of figures associated with hate, such as Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, or Pol Pot.
4. False Information. Do not disseminate misinformation that could potentially contribute to the risk of immediate violence or physical harm, or interfere with the operation of democratic processes.
5. Privacy Violations. Do not share other individuals' private and confidential information, including photographs, financial data, account credentials, or unpublished contact details.
6. Unauthorized Access. Do not gain access to another user's account without proper authorization. Do not utilize our service for phishing attempts or fraudulent activities.
7. Minor Exploitation. Do not create or portray characters who are underage or whose age cannot be definitively established as 18 or older. This restriction includes characters that have been "aged-up" but were originally depicted as minors in their source material. Realistic or human-like representations of underage characters, even in fictional contexts, are strictly forbidden.
8. Unwanted Content. Do not engage in spamming activities, including sending or creating characters that deliver unwanted promotional or commercial content, or conducting mass unsolicited communications.
9. Explicit Visual Content. Do not post authentic images or highly realistic AI-generated images of any individuals. This restriction encompasses images that could be mistaken for genuine photographs, to safeguard individual privacy and prevent unauthorized use of someone's likeness. All content within our community must respect these boundaries to maintain a respectful and secure environment.
10. Sexual Content Guidelines. Refrain from depicting explicit sexual activities and stimulation. Implied sexual content is acceptable when contextually appropriate (medical, educational, or fictional representation).
11. Prohibited Fetish Content. Do not share content involving activities that could result in the death of any person or animal, dismemberment, cannibalism, or bodily waste materials. The promotion or normalization of sexual attraction to non-human animals is prohibited; however, fictional species such as Pokémon are exempt from this restriction.
12. Animal Exploitation. The promotion or normalization of sexual attraction or interaction with real-life non-human animals is strictly prohibited. Fictional species, including Pokémon, are exempt from this regulation.
13. Non-Consensual Explicit Content. Do not share content that exploits individuals through sextortion, revenge pornography, posting or threatening to post non-consensual intimate images, secretly captured images of commonly sexualized body parts, or posting or threatening to share private sexual conversations.
14. Abusive Behavior. Harassment and bullying are strictly prohibited on our platform. This encompasses, but is not limited to, aggressive insults, threats, stalking, and unauthorized sharing of private information. Examples of prohibited conduct include sending repeated unsolicited messages, making derogatory remarks based on race, gender, sexual orientation, or disability, and encouraging others to engage in such behaviors. If you experience or witness harassment or bullying, please report it immediately using our platform's reporting tools. Our objective is to maintain a secure and supportive environment for all users.
15. Violent Content and Threats. Do not distribute depictions of graphic or gratuitous violence. We may remove content and escalate to law enforcement when we identify a genuine risk of physical harm or a direct threat to public safety. You may not threaten others or organize real-world violent acts.
16. Self-Harm Content. We may remove any content that promotes or encourages suicide, self-mutilation, eating disorders, or substance abuse.
17. Identity Misrepresentation. Do not use our Service to impersonate others. Do not provide false information, post others' photographs without permission, create accounts for individuals other than yourself, maintain multiple accounts, or solicit payments from other users.
18. Copyright Protection. Before sharing content on the Service, ensure you have the appropriate rights to do so. We request that you respect copyrights, trademarks, and other legal rights. Accounts that consist entirely of others' content or content copied from the Internet may be disabled.
19. Regulated Goods. Do not advertise or attempt transactions involving controlled or regulated goods.
20. Unauthorized Promotions. Avoid conducting unauthorized contests or promotions, and do not solicit users for business purposes without proper authorization.

Avatar Content Moderation

Reporting Violations

We employ a combination of human moderators and automated systems to monitor and review Flirty accounts, characters, and interactions for content that may violate our Community Standards, our Terms of Service, or otherwise pose harm to our community.

Our users play a crucial role in identifying content or behavior that may violate our Community Standards. If you encounter any situation that makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, we strongly encourage you to discontinue interaction with the character immediately.
